In the heart of Montreal Bed & Breakfast in a warm Victorian house of 1875, our 10 rooms and suite can accommodate you, in comfort and security, 
alone, with your spouse or friend, with your family or with your full entourage (up to 29 persons) for a brief or prolonged stay with us.
Our rooms are sunny, most of them have queen size bed (and firm 600 springs mattresses). It is recommended not to smoke in the rooms, but for the irreducible we have a large sunny terraces of 400 square feet and a ventilated smoking lounge inside.
Everyday you can enjoy a continental breakfast available until noon. During summer week-end (June to mid-October) the chef is in and will prepare you a full breakfast (from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm).
If you prefer to stay in bed, continental breakfast will be available until 2 pm. You can access internet with one of our two high speed station and it is free.
Yes, the kitchen is available between noon and 10 pm to prepare a meal. You can use the B&B pots and pans, you have to wash them after use. You can use B&B plates, glasses and silverware, you have to place them in the dishwasher after use. You have to clean up kitchen after your meal.

The old city is about 10 minutes walk from the B&B. The center of the old part, Notre-Dame church is about 20 minutes walk. In taxi this would be around $7.
Of course, just tell us what time you will get up, and will make sure the coffee machine will have coffee ready and all the breakfast elements are available. You just have to serve yourselves and be careful not to disturbed the other guest sleep.
From the Trudeau's airport, the taxi costs $35 flat and take about 20 minutes to reach this establishment. There is also a bus shuttle ($14) that leave the airport every 20 minutes and take 45 minutes to reach bus terminal at 200 meters (or yards) from this establishment.
There is no official boundaries, some will say we are in the village, I prefer to say that we are at the western edge of it in a more neutral area nevertheless the first gay club is less than 200 meters away. Consider the area gay friendly as is this place...but we still a family oriented establishment: not a nightclubbers hangout...but during major gay event our clientele seems to be mostly nightclubbers!
